This is a beautifull apartment located in a luxury villa in Ribera / Borgo Bonsignore, a small and peaceful village near by the sea between Sciacca and Agrigento. The villa is a new building. Owners live next to the apartment. They can assist you during your vacation. There are, shared with all the apartments, a sea view garden, a barbecue corner, a covered parking with remote control access and a seaview swimming pool. Ideal for families or couples.

 

The apartment is independent. It's composed by two double bedrooms with private en suite bathroom and private terrace. One of the bedroom has also a little en suite bedroom with a twin bunk beds. The apartment is perfect for example for four adults and two children, up to 6 sleeps.  

It's a quiet seaside and country side village. In the area there are 3-4 km of sandy beaches but also on august only a part of it is populated. Important the natural reserve "foce del fiume platani" a ever green area next to the sea. Easy acces cause The village is just 2 km far from the main southern Sicily road: the SS115.  

we have an amazing seaview and a superb natural reserve view. The apartment has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one of the bedroom has an ensuite little bedroom with with bunk beds. Both bedrooms have private terrace. Have a look at the floorplan.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double bunk bed located in the it's the twin room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only and a fax machine.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared east facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a summer house, a south facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque.

Dave says: "Comfortable, well equipped apartment, with dramatic views of the coast and fertile valley, about 20 minutes walk (3 mins drive) from a lovely beach. The owner was keen to ensure we were comfortable, and very informative. The weather at the end of May was perfect, with relatively few visitors around. So the village was very sleepy, and some local facilities were closed, but there were plenty of good restaurants, and ancietnt historic sites within an hour's drive. Our kids loved the pool."
