This listing concerns the panoramic apartment located on the main villa's first floor. The resort has also available three self catering cottages.
The Resort has a superb view on the Borgo Bonsignore coast with its Natural Reserve "Foce del Fiume Platani" and its sandy beaches. You will enjoy this wonderful view relaxing in your coastview swimming pool or having a romantic meal in your first floor dining room. Privacy for all of our guests is very important. We are in Borgo Bonsignore a relaxing seaside and rural village. In its area there is the natural reserve "foce del fiume Platani" with its WWF area just next 4 km of sandy and free beaches. A part of its territory is composed also by orange garden and olive trees. The village center is called Piazza Bonsignore (the borgo), with bar, pizzeria, tabacs, restaurants and the Saint Pietro church. In the village you will find also a little food market just 100 m away from the villa. Amenities in Borgo Bonsignore are available only on summer months. In low season just 5 min by car you'll find all kinds of shops.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the in one bedroom, 1 double sofa bed located in the in the living room, 1 double bunk bed located in the In one of the bedroom with en suite bathroom and private terrace. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only and a fax machine.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.
