This fully air conditioned apartment was completed in February 2005 and is situated slightly to the east of Alanya Town Centre in a quiet suburb called Tosmur. The Town cetre is only a bus or taxi ride away. The spacious apartment is on the 3nd floor and comprises of two large double bedrooms with separate balconies, diner/lounge area, large entrance hall and shower/utility room. It can sleep up to 6 people as there is a bed settee in the the lounge. The double bedrooms are separated by the lounge area giving maximum privacy.  

it is equipped with all homely comforts such as satellite TV, dining table and chairs, sofa and armchairs, cooker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer etc. If self-catering is not your fancy there are three competitively priced restaurants within 200m offering both Turkish and Western Cuisine. Cool beers are also readily available in supermarkets and bars and cost from 80p a bottle or less!

 

Within 100m is the beach consisting of sun baked golden sands and clear blue waters.

The apartment block has a lift, communal swimming pool with bar and off-road private parking. Other amenities within 100m of the apartment consist of two Turkish Supermarkets and a bakery offering fresh bread and local pastries. 

Summer daytime temperatures regularly reach 35°C and above and winter temperatures hover around 17/18°C at the coldest time of the year.

The ancient town of Alanya sits on the Eastern Mediterranean and has much to offer including a walled castle, bazaar, many restaurants, large market selling local produce, boat trips, excursions into the mountains to view the scenery or the many Roman Ruins in the area and much more. From the bustling harbour fishing trips are available and a regular boat sails to Cyprus for the more adventurous.

Access to the town centre is by a regular 10 minute bus service, minibus or taxi service. If a change of scenery is required a bus service runs from outside the apartment to rapids and waterfalls situated in a mountain range 6km away. Here there are many restaurants offering excellent local dishes. Some of the tables, chairs and sun lounges are in the shallow river bed so one can drink and eat in cool mountain river surroundings. The children can also use the water slides, which are free of charge to customers.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a east facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, swimming, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find horse riding, golf.

TRACEY says: "The decor and presentation of the property was excellent, very modern and had everything you would need in an apartment. A welcome pack with the basic essentials such as water, toilet roll, bread etc was not provided as advertised on the website and after a long journey its nice to be able to have a hot or cold drink. Although the apartment is not too far from ALANYA centre the description on the website could be a little bit more specific as to how far outside of town it was, i know Alanya fairly well but wasnt quite sure where it was located from the website descripton. Also there is a lot of construction still going on around the apartment making it difficult to walk along the road both during the day and night due to rocks, water and mud covering the road. Families with elderly or small children would find it a little difficult i think. "

This property did not advertise a welcome pack, which is why it was not provided. I have however, added this to the optional extras section for future visitors.

The apartment may be a little out of town but it is easily accessable by taxi or local buses which are very easily accessed.

Alanya is being developed and the Turks are very considerate of holiday makers and do not so any external building during the summer season so there should not be any construction noise as they do all the internal works during the summer.

If you are a family consisting of elderly or small children I do have other properties that are closer to the town centre making it easier for you. Just let me know when booking what your requirements are and I will do my best to acommodate you.
