Villa Deusa do Mar (Godess of the Sea) is situated at the quiet southwestern side of prominent Albufeira's Cerro Grande (Windmill Hill), just above the new Marina de Albufeira. The apartment is on the Ground Floor and has sea views.
The apartment is within walking distance (10-15 minutes) to Albufeira city centre with its beaches, bars and reastaurants.
The nearest bar, supermarket and restaurant is right at Cerro Grande, only 5 minutes walk.
Renting a car is NOT essential!
Villa Deusa do Mar is a private villa with only 2 apartments. Each apartment has its own privaten garden in front.
Dispite of its central location, it is still very quiet.
The new Marina De Albufeira is only a 5 minutes walk away and offers all kinds of watersports, like boating, sailing, jet-skiing, sea-paragliding, fishing, wind surfing etc. 

 

 

The main (double) bedroom sleeps 2, the living room has 2 sleeper couches for 2 more people. The pool is shared between 2 apartments only and is private, i. e. cannot be looked in by neighbouring villas. The apartment has sea views.

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, sea views, a barbeque.

The apartment is right beside swimming.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, golf, scuba diving, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Feher says: "The apartment was very confortable for our 3 persons. There was very well equipped and always very clean. The land-lady -Marly- is a really very nice person_and she was always ready to hlp u if we have any problems but she never was pushy. The garde is beautyful, und there is a lovely cat. There are 2 apartments in the house but are very well separated. There is not big garden around the house but the palms and mango trees are very cosy. The apartment 10 minutes walk from the Ali Supermarket and 15 minutes from the beach and the center which is not a problem because very calm and nothing disturbes the relax of the renters. But the only thing which you have pay attention: the descrieb of the location of the apartments could be more informative and the road to the house is a little bit "up and down". "
