Balaia Golf Village, where you can relax in our apartment at any time of the year. Set in mature parkland surroundings and beautifully landscaped gardens, our property is built to the highest standards and furnished and equipped with all modern conveniences.

At lunchtime and in the evenings the 'A Varanda' or Clubhouse restaurants can take care of your needs in comfortable and relaxed surroundings whilst poolside snack bars take care of those in between times. For those looking for lively nightlife, Albufeira is close enough to walk to while being far enough away for those seeking a quiet life!!

A 24 hour reception exists to assist you with all your holiday needs and can book day trips, excursions, taxis and advise you of restaurants and activities that usually only the locals know about. To assist all you web addicts internet access is available.

Balaia Golf Village boasts 6 swimming pool areas, with separate pools for children. Facilities also include a Supermarket, Hairdresser, Beauty Parlour, Souvenir Shop/Tobacconist, Gift Shop, 4 Tennis Courts with resident pro, Health Club with heated indoor pool, gym, jacuzzi, steam and massage rooms as well.

 

The apartment is located on the south side of the complex and enjoys sun all day long while having areas shaded areas if required. It comes fully equipped and features 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite), fully fitted kitchen, small utility room, lounge dining room with sofa bed, 3 terrace areas with table/chairs. The two bedrooms are both fully fitted with plenty of storgae space with the main bedroom having en-suite bath and shower facilities.

In the lounge/dining area there is a TV with English (includes main terrestrial and Sky News, Sky Movies, Sky sports) and German, French and Portuguese channels. A new DVD player has just been installed so please take DVDs with, if you wish to make use of this. The lounge has a double sofa bed allowing up to six people to share the apartment.

For your exclusive use you will find a charcoal BBQ.

 

Balaia Golf Village is an excellent base for golfers boasting a challenging 9 hole Golf Course, Driving Range and Golf Academy. Balaia Golf Village is only a 10 minute drive from the famous courses at Vilamoura and more than 20 further golf courses can be found within an hour's drive.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin and 4 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a west facing patio area, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, walking, mountain biking.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find fishing, horse riding, scuba diving, historic sites, a zoo.

Michael says: "The property was well furnished and comfortable.It would have been nice to have the linen changed mid week. The property backed onto the main raod was a little noisey at night with passing traffic but being so near the pool made up for this . "

Thanks for your review. Please note that when you come back next time linen is changed once a week as standard and included in the price. Of course you are more than welcome to request more regular changes at your own expense.
