Two bedroom town house in a new development on the outskirts of Alcossebre. Five minutes walk from the beaches, with views of the mountains. Spacious accommodation on two floors with a rooftop solarium and a patio overlooking one of the communal pools.  

Two bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) with one bathroom and one shower room downstairs. Large fully equipped separate kitchen (full oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier). Toaster, kettle, crockery/glasses etc for 6 people provided. Living room has sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV/DVD and airconditioning/heating. Roof top solarium, has loungers and reclining chairs. Patio overlooking pool has dining table & chairs for 6.  

Alcossebre is a charming seaside resort on the Orange Blossom coast between Barcelona (150 miles) and Valencia (75 miles). It provides a traditional seaside holiday for those who like to feel that they are in Spain unlike the more traditional Costas. There are a few shops and restaurants within walking distance, and many more a short drive away. The mountains are within easy reach and there are several large blue flag beaches within walking distance.  

The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The house is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the house you will find a beach, sailing, fishing, mountain biking, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the house you will find golf, scuba diving.

Five Blue Flag beaches, ideal for families. Treking in the Sierra de Irta.

Several nature reserves surround Alccosebre - mountains, sand dunes and a river delta.

Gill says: "An excellently situated delightful property, only five minutes (flat) walk from a lovely, unspoilt sandy beach. The house is modern with all amenities. We particularly like the three sun/shade terraces - they are private and all face different directions so you can be in or out of the sun at any time of the day! The property has a lovely shared pool - literally a stones throw from the private patio area! The town of Alcossebre is quiet but delightful and as yet relatively undiscovered by tourists. There are a great range of restaurants if you don't want to cook - several within walking distance as you stroll by the sea. A superbly stocked supermarket is also just a stroll away along the coast! Everyone was very friendly, helpful and most spoke English! A lovely holiday destination - we had a great time and will return!"
