This is a spacious apartment in a small quiet development set back a short distance from the sea. It has tranquil gardens and two pools.It is surrounded by a natural area and offers access for walking and is quite unspoilt in outlook.It is within walking distance from the beaches, marina and restaurants.It also has its own designated parking space close to the apartment block..

The apartment can sleep six. There are two bedrooms each with a double and single bed.
 

There is a map of Alcossebre in the visitors guide in the apartment. Most maps can be obtained from the tourist information office if you require your own copy.

To walk into Alcossebre it is quickest to go over the new road that is opposite the end of the turning to Las Haciendas. To drive is more difficult as Alcossebre has a one way system in general so we suggest you start with a walk. The easier ways to drive in to Alcossebre are listed below:

Drive back to the main road, turn left and follow the road till you reach a roundabout, at the roundabout you want to turn first right which will bring you down to the marina.
Or, drive back to the main road, turn right and follow the road till you reach a roundabout, at the roundabout you want to turn left following the signs for Alcossebre, this road takes you into Alcossebre and if you take the last left you will be on the road nearest the sea front. This is a longer way round but perhaps the easiest way not to get lost!

BUSES
There is a bus which takes you to a few different local places. The bus timetable is available from the tourist information office. The bus stop is located at the roundabout you reach when you turn left along the main road.

TRAINS
If you want to get a train the nearest station is at Benicarlo just up the coast towards Barcelona. If you want to take a train anywhere you must book your seat at the Viajes Oranges on the right had side of the church in Alcossebre. Train travel isnt very expensive but if you are travelling to Barcelona make sure you return to the train station early as you may be subjected to airport type security measures.

 

There are lots of leaflets with ideas of places for you to visit in the information folder and you can also visit the Tourist information office. For children there is mini golf in Alcossebre, karting in Peniscola and an Amusement park near Reus airport as well as the new Aquarium in Valencia.
For sightseeing the castle in Peniscola is lovely. Barcelona is about two hours on the train and similar time on the motorway however the motorway route does include several tolls. If you are going to Barcelona there is a sightseeing bus you can get on for around 16 Euros and you get on and off at the places you want to see. There are two bus routes covering all of the city.Valencia is also one hour away and has a sightseeing bus tour which helps you to get the feel of what this city has to offer, from an historical old city to a beautiful modern science complex.

The apartment is set in a very quiet cul-de-sac of the village with the mountains directly behind. There is a very large veranda with a built in BBQ and is wonderful for eating out while enjoying the views of the village and the sea.A second veranda offers a further place to chill out and overlooks the pool and garden area. The shops, restaurants and beach are approximately a 15-20 minute walk away. The shopping facilities are good with an excellent selection of restaurants. There is a visitors folder in the apartment with comprehensive details of places to visit. There are a variety of walks both in length and difficulty directly from the apartment. Alternatively, if you just want to chill out you will not be disappointed.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television video, dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

It has access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find golf, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

Kart Racing at Peniscola Spa Bath at Marina D'or

Themepark is approximately 90 minutes north on the A7 at Junction 35 at Reus
