Wonderful apartment complex by the Playa del Moro beach in Alcossebre, Spain. On a clear day one can almost catch a view of Mallorca on the horizon.

Second floor apartments have roof terraces, either south, east or north facing. Some of the apartments have mountain views as well as views to the ocean. Some are ground floor apartments with park area directly down from the terrace. Those on the first and second floors are accessible by elevators as well as from the staircase. Most of the apartments are south facing, some are east and some are north facing. The beach is directly in front of the complex. All apartments have a sofa bed (double). There is normally access to the internet via neighbouring wireless connection, although ADSL is not installed in the actual rental apartments.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the The lounge in the loungeroom can be converted to a double bed.. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Pets are welcome
Yes, pets are allowed in the apartment. The only proviso is that the pets are not to be let off their leash outside the apartment. One can walk the dog inside the complex and in the garden area, but only on a leash. All excrement must be retrieved by the owner. Dogs are not permitted on the beaches. 

Property is suitable for wheelchairs
The lifts allow transport to all apartments, although the apartments are not specifically designed for wheelchair users -- ie no specially designed showers etc. The apartments have no internal doorsteps but access to the balconies is over an aluminium doorstep or via outside steps - no ramps. 

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside a beach, swimming.

Close to the apartment you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find climbing, flying, horse riding, golf, historic sites, a museum, a themepark.

Europe largest saltwater spa centre -- 20 minutes away. Diving courses also available in Alcossebre.

Peniscola -- one of Spain’s largest tourist spots is 20 minutes drive north of Alcossebre.

Joanne says: "Our holiday was for a large group of us. Seven adults and eight children, aged 20 months to 13 years. Alcalablau was perfect. Totally secure, near to the supermarket and ice cream bar ( Which serves the largest gin and tonics i have ever seen!), without the pressure of lots of shops for children to need to visit. The pool area and gardens were immaculate and the larger shallow pool means that you can take your eyes off the children for at least a few minutes at a time. The apartments are, clean, cool and very very well equipped. Having the beach just over the road is great. It means that if you fancy a dip in the sea without the sandy beach and all the mess it has to offer, its perfect. I have already recomended to our friends and, in a way, would love to keep it a secret, for our future use only!!. Bite the bullet, book a stay and enjoy."
