Typical old house restored, transformed into a beautiful holiday cottage and furnished with all the necessary you may need. It is situated on a hilly side, at the edge of a 15 houses hamlet, surrounded by a private garden, in a 79 ha property, in the countryside of Serra do Caldeirão. This is on the south of Alentejo, on the border to the Algarve, which allows you to visit these two regions. It is 12 km from Almodôvar, a small town with supermarkets, a variety of shops, a closed market, banks, post office, restaurants, swimming pool and tennis court. It is 70 km from the Faro's international airport (Algarve), 65 km from the south coast and 95 km from the west coast.

 

The rustical cottage is composed of 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, living room with satellite TV, sofa, cupboard, coffee table and stools, dining room, complete bathroom, equipped kitchen (hob, oven fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, breakfast table) and an utility room iron/iroming board. Living room has direct access and acess to an open terrace, while kitchen has direct access to a  covered terrace with barbecue. Garden furniture and parasols available.
