Casa Branca is a lovely private three bedroom detached villa set in a large mature garden. The pool area has ample seating for 7 adults and pool heating is available on request. The villa is situated in the Atalaia district of Lagos which is 5 minutes drive from the town centre and beaches. It takes 30 minutes to walk to the centre of Lagos. Boavista Golf course is 3 minutes drive away. On the ground floor, the living/dining area is comfortably furnished and has satellite TV, DVD player and music centre.
The kitchen has dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. There is a washing machine in the garage and a pool table and dart board.
 

Cooling fans and heaters are in all 3 bedrooms, each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom has a hair dryer. Beach towels are available on request. The twin beded room is large enough to put 3rd bed that is suitable for a child. 

 

Electric cooling fans are in each bedroom and electric heaters are in each room for the winter period.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the extra bed in the twin room suitable for a child. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 7 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
