This traditional villa in Altura is close to the beach, a variety of golf courses and many bars, cafes and restaurants and is a very pleasant place to stay. The swimming pool is 6m x 3m in size.

 

The outside are consists of a very large sun terrace which overlooks the countryside, there are 2 sets of garden furniture one plastic one wooden. The garden is very well established with plants and trees and the location is very quiet and relaxing.

There are a variety of excellent golf course just around the corner from this property so it makes a great base, we can organize transport and very competitive rates for your gold games whether you only want to play one or two rounds or if you wish to fill your whole visit with playing at a variety of courses across that Algarve. We can also arrange competitions, presentation dinners and much more.

 

Altura beach is beautiful and stretches for a very long way along the Algarve. The white sand and blue sea is fantastic all year round.
There is a small village called Barracol which is only five minutes away on foot which has a cafe/bar and a convenience store and then the town of Altura is about a 15/20 minute walk away and has a lot to offer in the way of bars, cafes and restaurants. You have many neighbouring towns nearby, Manta Rota, Monte Gordo, Vila Real which are all worth a trip to see.
 

When sitting on the sunny terrace you look out onto the Portugses countryside with fields and olive trees.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This property is all on one floor and only has one step into the property and then the only other steps are to reach the pool from the terrace but the pool can be reached from the other side where there are no steps. 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, water skiing, wind surfing, fishing, golf, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.
