Located in a small Portuguese village approx 2km from the new Quinta do Vale golf course and Castro Marim course, it is a private property with much potential. Ideal holiday lets and for people who are looking to rent before buying in Portugal.

Pets are allowed at our villa on the condition that they are looked after and cleaned up after. Any damage they cause will be deducted from the security deposit.

The nearest beach is at Vila Real de Santo Antonio which is about 10 minutes drive, it is a lovely area of beach. Monte Gordo is the next beach which is another couple of minutes further and you can walk from Vila Real beach all the way along to Manta Rota/Cabanas and stop at all the different bars and restaurants on route for refreshments.
 

Castro Marim and Quinta do Vale golf courses are within 2km from the villa. A short distance away you will find, Monte Rei, Quinta da Ria, Quinta do Cima, Benamor and many more. I can also offer you discounted golf games.

If you enjoy lake fishing you are only a short walk away from Belish damb - we can provide you with the licence if required. Birdwatching is very popular in this area as you have a great deal of protected areas which attracts a variety of birds all year round.

Faro airport is approx 40 minutes drive along the motorway. We would recommend that you hire a car but if you decide you want to have time away from driving then taxis and transfers can be arranged for a very reasonable price.

The village of Junqueira is very Portuguese and is full of very friendy helpful people. There are a couple of bars and a local shop. A small football ground that hosts local games throughout the year. Castro Marim town is the next town which offers restaurants and bars and larger shops. If you enjoy history then this is definately a town worth visiting as it has a large very attractive castle and some very pretty buildings. Monte Gordo is the nearest tourist town which has everything!

The nearest bank is in Castro Marim. The nearest large shops are in Castro Marim and Vila Real, directions to all of these will be available for you to use at the villa.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
