Lovely property in an excellent location for holidays or longer visits. Sleeping 6 people it is spacious and comfortable property. Three bedrooms all with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. Three bathroom all fitted to a high standard. Fully equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning. Opposite the house there is a very pleasant restaurant cafe called Cacela Mar where you can buy anything from a T-Bone to the very popular Portuguese dish of cataplana. The staff are very nice indeed and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the area. Large patio area for sunbathing and BBQs. The swimming pool is a good size and newly completed. There is plenty of parking outside the property. Ideal for golfers, families, couples. Close to a variety of shops, bars and restaurants and the local train station. Within a short drive from numerous top quality golf courses.

 

Large swimming pool and a patio area with barbecue, outdoor furniture. There is some construction near by but it is not noisey and should be complete by the summer.

This stretch of the Algarve enjoys long sandy beaches. Between Tavira (18km west) and Monte Gordo (6km east) there are 5 blue flag beaches. The magnificent soft sandy beach of Praia Verde is not even a 15 minutes drive from the Villa. Car parking, beachside restaurants and bars. Not without reason the Portuguese & Spanish come to spend their holidays in this area.

Cacela has everything you possible need from post office to banks to restaurants to cafes. Local produce shops and also a large market that happens once a month.
 

Full bus service available in the centre of Vila Nova De Cacela with easy access of the A22 motorway and the EN125 all amenities can be easily reached.
Faro Airport is 35 mins away, Seville is about 1.5hrs drive, the house is only 12km from the Spanish border.

A very shourt drive to the famous Jack Nicklaus signature golf course called Monte Rei and only a few minutes further to four other very popular golf courses.

Mini market, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. Beach is just over 2km (Manta Rota).
 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

Stephanie says: "This villa is a very spacious property - plenty of room for 6 to even 8 people. We stayed as a family of four and it was excellent. The pool is perfect - both shallow end and deep end, there is plenty of space in the living and dining areas and the kitchen has more than what you need on holiday. The villa is located in a small quiet town. There were a few restaurants to choose from and the locals were friendly and accomodating. There are beautiful beaches within a very short drive away - flat sandy and spcaious with cafes on the beach front. The renters were very helpful with directions and a late check out to make our stay perfect. "
