Villa well furnished to cater for 6 people, near Espiche village, at 3km from Praia da Luz that fits well in the surrounding rural environment, namely vineyards. One double bed bedroom, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom (shower). One bedroom with wardrobe and two single beds. Another bedroom with 2 single beds+ 1 extra bed and wardrobe. Bathroom. Ample kitchen (16m2) equipped with microwave, toaster, sandwich toaster, kettle, hand blender, fruit squeezer, dishwasher, washing machine and stove-oven. Common lounge with 45m2, with bar and cable TV (50cm screen). Yard with tables, chairs and relaxing net. Leisure area with 200m2 which includes garden, swimming pool and gardening and swimming pool utensils. Maid Service and Sheets are provided once a week. Bathroom cleaning and toiletries - every three days.
