This new and modern deluxe house is located in a place of rare beauty and has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a swimming pool, a tennis court, a garden and air-conditioning. It is 800m away from the beach and offers a unique view to the Ria Formosa. Its set in Livramento, an area of Fuzeta located between the cities of Tavira and Olhão.
Livramento is a small village on the eastside of the Algarve it lies near Fuzeta and between Luz de Tavira and Olhão. Located on the top of a property and lying directly in front of Ria Formosa, this house is blessed with panoramic views to the Ria and to the sea.
Maximum occupation of 10 people
5 en suite bedrooms (one is part of the annex) – three of them have a matrimonial bed and two are twin rooms
6 bathrooms – 1 with a bathtub, four with a shower and one guest WC One amply-sized lounge room with an excellent view to the outside – equipped with Cable TV, DVD and hi-fi stereo. Access to a terrace furnished with wicker sofas.
The dining area has a wooden floor and allows direct access to the terrace with its beautiful views.
The covered terrace is furnished with a huge Teca table, so that meals can also be taken outside.
A kitchen leading directly to the outside and equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, an American fridge with an ice cube generator and a cold-water tap, an oven, a vitro-ceramic hob, a coffee machine (with filters), a toaster, a juice squeezer, a kettle and an electric whisk.
