Villa Kelly Louise is located on the Parque da Floresta Golf and Leisure Resort on the more quiet western end of the Algarve. It is near the village of Budens and borders the nature reserve of Costa Vincentina. The west coast of Portugal with its stunning rugged scenery is close by. The nearest beaches are Boca do Rio, beautiful but with no facilities, and Salema, which is busy in the summer but boasts a safe, sandy beach with plenty of beach bars and restaurants.
The tourist town of Lagos, with its bustling Marina, many souvenir shops, bars & restaurants is 10 Kms away. Why not take a trip on the Dolphin Seafari on the rib boat, ( as used by the Navy and Greenpeace) from Lagos Marina or explore the caves around the coast on the "Bom Dia" , stopping off for a barbecue at one of the many secluded beaches. ( These trips can be booked in advance ).  

Villa Kelly Louise is one of the earlier and more distinguished villas at Parque da Floresta its entrance is via a sweeping cobbled driveway. Recently refurbished to a high standard the villa has air conditioning throughout.
The entrance hall, with a small cloakroom to the right, leads directly into the spacious L shaped living / dining room, which is comfortably furnished with three two seater sofas and a dining table and chairs. There is a television, which receives the free to air English channels, a DVD player and a log burner is installed for cooler evenings. Five sets of patio doors lead out on to the extensive upper terrace
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a cooker, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher. Directly off the kitchen is a separate laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board and a separate pantry area for dry goods..
The Top Terrace extends around two complete sides of the house affording panoramic views over the golf course and open countryside with the sea in the far background. A flight of steps leads down to the pool and arboretum.
 

The villa has five bedrooms and four bathrooms, three of which are en-suite. All the bedrooms are on the ground floor and all are furnished to a very high standard with matching bed covers and curtains. The master bedroom has a king size double bed and an en-suite full bathroom with a double vanity unit and completely separate built in shower cubicle.
There are four further bedrooms, two of which have an en-suite full bathroom and the other two share a bathroom three of the bedrooms have twin beds and the fourth has a queen size double.
The Swimming Pool, Terrace and Arboretum
The large rectangular swimming pool, (10 x 7 metres), which can be heated at a small extra charge, is surrounded by terracing and sun beds are provided for guests. At one end of the terrace is a covered area with a gas barbecue and sink with hot and cold water. An archway leads to the arboretum with a wide variety of flowering plants and greenery. Here there is a wooden table, benches and chairs for outside dining in the evening
The villa has full air conditioning throughout, plus a wood burning fire in the lounge for cooler Spring and Autumn evenings when the temperature can be quite chilly.
There is ample parking space provided and the villa has a small safe for the security of guests.
All linen and towels, including beach towels, are provided. Maid service and towel changes twice a week, plus a linen change at the end of the first week are included in the price.

 

There are 180 degree panoramic views around the villa. The Atlantic ocean can just be seen from the front of the terrace and the mountains and countryside from the rear of the terrace.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 3 twin and 3 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

Pets are welcome
A small dog is acceptable. 

Not suitable for wheelchairs 

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a summer house, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, golf, tennis, a sports center, a restaurant.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, fishing, horse riding, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find water skiing, wind surfing, climbing, flying, a themepark.

Childrens Fun club on site during July and August, which caters for all ages.
