This Villa is located in Vale Formoso, a small village between Loulé and Almancil, with excelent acess: 15 minutes from the Airport, Golf and Beach. The property is fully fenced and there you can find a garage for 2 cars and a lot of outside space, where you can park more 2-3 cars, barbeque, table, chairs and a garden. LCD TV 46", DVD, Cable Television and Stereo, will be available in the living room. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, equiped kitchen, laundry rooms, living room, dining room, balcony in 3 of the bedrooms. Sea view and hills view.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
