Casa Alta Vista is in Soalhiera set high in the hills between the magnificent town of Loulè and the fashionable and quaint village of Boliquieme, and only 15 minutes from Faro Airport. The beaches and golf courses of Vilamoura are a 10-minute drive away. The nearest town, Loulè, is just a couple of minutes drive away.
It has its own private Pool and Jacuzzi and Sauna, with a BBQ grill house and garages. The gardens are vast covering over 1 hectare, with fruit, palms and pine trees.
The area is quite and rural though not isolated., and ideal for long quite country walks. There are just a couple of small very Portuguese bars within walking distance, and no shops, so a car would be essential. 

The villa is set in its own sun drenched "park" of a garden. It is an imposing hill top villa with magnificent 360 degree views. To the North there are vast views to the mountains and valleys and to the South you have distant sea views towards Faro.
The Villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms inside and 1 bathroom outside for use when in the pool. Every possible convenience is catered for in the kitchen. The Villa has marble floors throughout and every room has air-conditioning. There is a Cinema Room with projector and Bose sound system. The bedrooms are all very large especially the master suite which has patio doors onto a balcony and stunning views to the mountains for you to wake up to. 

Loulè is a lively and cosmopolitan market town that will satisfy all your modern retail needs, with numerous supermarkets, clothes shop, banks, ect. It is a pretty town with its Moorish roots in evidence everywhere you look. The main street is very Parisian in feel and atmosphere with its many cafes situated on a central walkway running the full length of the street. Loulè is less than five minutes drive from the Villa. Every Saturday Loulè plays host to the colourful Gypsy market, and once a year, for three whole days, it hosts the not to be missed Loulè Carnival. This carnival is reputed to be where the Rio Carnival originated.

Five minutes in the opposite direction from Loulè brings you to the Boliqueime junction of IP1 motorway, which travels the full length of the Algarve, with a half an hour trip east from the junction bringing you to the Spanish border and half an hour west bringing you to Lagos.
 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. The villa has a sauna.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the villa include table tennis.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
