Lagos is an unspoilt bussleing Portuguese town, a fishing port and market centre with a sense of independence and a life of its own. Countless superb restaurants line its cobbled streets. It also has a beautiful marina where all manner of boating persuits can be had.

This open plan, luxurious 2 storey village house, has been equipped to a high standard. The property consists of a good size lounge / diner, partioned off from a kitchen / breakfast area. The terrace and the balcony overlook the sea.The property has central heating to keep it warm in the winter and ceiling fans to cool you in the summer. The garage is for the owners use only. Car parking is under a pergola attached to the property. The communal pool is within beautifully landscaped gardens. 

The village house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The village house has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The village house has satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The village house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
