Constructed in 2007, the house sits at the heart of the Village of the Olives, overlooks the pool area and provides two spacious en-suite bedrooms, one with its own terrace. It has open plan living area and a peaceful south facing patio area. Furnished to a high standard, with air-conditioning and heating throughout. The house is fully equipped to ensure that your stay is as relaxing and stress free as possible. We’re confident that everything you can think of has already been thought of, and the house wants for nothing. Dishwasher, washing machine, UK satellite TV, DVD player with an extensive library of films, a log burner, BBQ... it’s got the lot! We provide all bed linen for your stay, as well as the bathroom towels. A weekly clean, linen and towel change is included.

The village house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The village house has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the village house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The village house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
