Situated only 30 minutes from Alicante or Murcia airports, this tbrand new, two bedroom, two bathroom apartment offers luxury in a top quality resort. Situated within the renowned, La Finca Golf & Country club, one of the Costa Calida & Blanca’s, top golf courses. Just 15 minutes from the beaches of Guardamar and Torrevieja.
But it is not just for golfers, there are a variety of activities from lazing by the pool, horse riding, go-karting, golf and tennis. The all year round good weather allows complete flexibility.The local area has great beaches and country side. There is also easy access to the Mar Menor (little sea), this is Europe’s largest salt water lagoon, which has its own micro climate and a very Spanish culture.
The apartment is privately owned and has been furnished to a high standard. We want you to enjoy your stay and come back. Enjoy the pool, eat al fresco on the sun terrace in the warmth of the Spanish night air. Enjoy the beaches and surrounding areas.
The newly developed complex already hosts a few shops, banks, bars and restaurants and the club house has an excellent bar, terrace and beautiful restaurant. Car hire is stronly recommended.
The nearest town is Algorfa, a small Spanish village surrounded by orange groves. The La Finca complex is high class and relaxed but close enough to visit the great beaches, nightlife and restaurants.




Golf
There are 13 courses south of Alicante and 10 more north of Alicante.
What ever you taste you can play a multitude of courses in Valencia province or in Murcia (south) including La Manga.
La Marquesa is close to La Finca (5 mins). La Ramblas, Villamartin and Compoamar golf course are 15 minutes away. Bonalba and El Pantio are about 30 minutes away.
In the autumn, winter and spring it is best to book (fax numbers are available on request). Handicap certificates are required.
Top Tips :
La Finca, Villamartin and Las Ramblas—Are administered by the same company but are differently challenging and one fax can make bookings for all 3.
Campoamor— Is different again. If you want to play 36 holes in a day— this is next door to Las Ramblas. So play one course, lunch and play another with minimal travel time.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the In lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
