The penthouse is located very close to the four star Alhaurin Golf Hotel with its excellent facilities, restaurant, bar, pool, tennis courts & riding school, Close by are two more restaurants and a garage that has a small supermarket attached. The Golf Course has a large club house with bar, restaurant and golf shop. The old town of Alhaurin el Grande is only 5 minutes away with an abundance of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The apartment has a large covered balcony with uninterrupted views of the 12th hole. Below the balcony are tropical gardens with a communal pool and large waterfall. There is a lift to the secure underground garage.

The penthouse comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The penthouse has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the penthouse cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The penthouse has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
