An attractive villa set in 1300 square metres, with beautiful views of the Montgo mountain and surrounding almond groves.
The 10 x 5m pool has several sunbathing areas, together with shady places for when the sun is too hot. There is a large naya with table and chairs for outdoor eating, and a BBQ area with stylish garden table and seating.

THE NAYA WAS FULLY GLAZED in 2007, SO YOU CAN ENJOY BEING 'OUTSIDE' EVEN IF THE EVENINGS TURN COOL OR WINDY. When it's hot, slide back the glass doors to make it completely open.
 

The kitchen is compact but fully equipped with oven, hob washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, juicer, coffee maker and a full set of cookware. There is also an iron and ironing board.

The lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished, and fitted with satellite TV, DVD player and CD/cassette/radio music centre. A fair selection of DVDs and CDs is provided.

The TV has a good selection of digital channels (not BBC or ITV though) , and also many Spanish channels with some fascinating programs. 

There are three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin. All have large fitted wardrobes providing plenty of storage space (and plenty of hangers)

The main bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom, and a second bathroom serves the other two bedrooms. In addition, there is a separate shower room with washbasin & WC.

The main bedroom has a safe fitted to keep your valuables.

A hairdryer is provided for your use, as are several portable fans.

There is also a set of bathroom scales!! Not to check your diet, but to help avoid those excess baggage charges.



 

Views over the almond groves towards the mountain are spectacular at blossom time. There is also a tiny glimpse of the sea!! At night, the garden and pool may be lit, and there are romantic views from the naya towards the twinkling lights of distant villas in the hills. The World Health Organisation has designated this area as being one of the healthiest in the World, with mild winters and pleasantly hot summers. So where else would you want to be? The property would be most suitable for families or couples. (Discounts for a couple on bookings of 7 days or more!!) We regret we cannot take bookings from single-sex groups. You will find a welcome pack of basic provisions on your arrival (Bookings of 7 days or more) Please bring your own beach towels. We ask guests not to smoke in the house.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is all on one level inside, just 2 steps to enter the naya. Most of the garden is also on 1 level, just a raised level at the rear. 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Aidan says: "This is a wonderful Villa in a quiet area. It has a large pool approx 10x5m. There is plenty of space in the garden, and has excellent shade. There is no air conditioning but the area always has a wonderful breeze, making it very comfortable.The villa is well equiped and I believe a dishwasher is going to be added, which as we are a family of 6 would be very handy. This is our second visit and we have thoroughly enjoyed staying there."
