Our 1 bedroom ground floor studio is situated in the beautiful setting of Cabo Roig, referred to as the jewel of the southern Costa Blanca. Within 45 minutes drive of Alicante Airport, Cabo Roig lies 8km south of Torrevieja town. 

Situated among broad avenues, lined with swaying palms and landscaped gardens. Some forty-five minutes drive south of Alicante airport, lies the delightful peninsular of Cabo Roig.
Cabo Roig rates as one of the most exclusive developments along the Costa Blanca situated five miles from Torrevieja and five minutes drive from the Villamartin golf course. The Maritime Walk, which embraces the whole of the peninsular coastline, gives access to some of the finest sandy beaches on the Costa Blanca.

The apartment is part of the Los Anguis V community, which is well established within Cabo Roig.
It has well maintained beautiful gardens and pathways and 2 communal pools with showers.
The community provides a tranquil respite, yet is close to both shops and restaurants as well as the two Cabo Roig beaches. 

The community lies at the end of a no through road and has a private gated entrance.
There is a private car park and a key for the automatic gate is provided. 

There is also a sofa bed in the lounge which sleeps 2. Air conditioned 7 seater people carrier is available for airport Pick-up/dro p-off. Please ask for details. A "travel cot" and "highchair" are available to hire at a cost of £15.00 per week for each. Welcome packs also available.Please ask for details.

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 single and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Located in lounge. This gives room for up to 3 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 3 in the living room and 3 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

noeleen says: "we stayed at this studio apartment for two weeks it was very clean and well maintained chris was really lovely and extremely helpful some one before us had actually taken the dvd player obviously not chriss fault but he had one there for us the very nxt day and even brought us some dvds for our 3 year old which we really appreciated. the pool was very clean and the weather was beautiful we were there in august. overall we were very hapy with our holiday and would recommend it to a couple or family with one child. it is a quiet resort so wouldnt really be suitable for a group of people but we enjoyed our stay and had a lovely 2 weeks. thanks chris, oh and best to get chris to do your airport runs as it is cheaper than a taxi "
