This house is build at a rock plateau approximately hundred meters over the Mediterranean. The high position makes it possible to enjoy sunlight, fresh air not to mention the fine view over the area. 

Costa Blanca is situated at the coastline between the sunny coast of Gibraltar and the Riviera. These areas have in common, that this here you find the world finest bathing beaches.

The difference is, that in Gran Alacant, you can avoid the mass-turism, in favour of enjoying the genuine spanish culcure. The fact that this area is mainly spanish - approximately 80% spanish citizens - has a possitive effect on both the cultural environment, as well as the average price level. You will notice that the local prices (restaurants/consumer goods) are often reduced 50% compared to tourist cities like Torrevieja og Benidorm.

Due to the high position of the built-up area, Gran Alicant has become a popular resort for hanggliders, who can fly directly to the beach - or use the thermals to fly around for several hours.
 

The wide beach lives up to its name, "Costa Blanca", which is a translation for "the white shore". The crystal clear water makes it the ideal bathing place, and you will find good diving and surfing schools here. Approximately 200 meters away, you will find a luxury pool and playground, for free use of all resident in the area. Tennis and golf are among the other popular activities, and at Costa Blanca you will generally have excellent opportunities to practice all kinds of sports. For instance the weather makes it possible to practice golf all the year round, and you will find no less than 8 different golf greens in the area.

Due to its special micro-climate, the W.H.O. has nominated Costa Blanka to be one of the most healthy areas to live in. The average life span is thus more than 10 years higher than in the rest of Europe. The favourable health conditions are partly caused by the protective mountainous regions, and partly caused of nearby salt seas (one of these can be seen from the house). For these reasons, the area is attractive for people suffering from asthma, psoriasis and reumatism.

The village house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 7 people.

The village house has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the village house cool.

The village house has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 9 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find an oven, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
