The villa is in an elevated position and can accommodate 10 persons in comfort and privacy as it has 5 double/twin bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. It is available and suitable for the following groups only - families with children (young and old) and mature renters only.

Please note that we are unable to accept bookings from groups of more than 10 (that is including infants and toddlers).

The spacious ground floor entrance hall provides access to 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms along with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and store room. The internal staircase takes you to the top floor.

The top floor landing gives access to a further 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and leads you through to the lounge and dining area. Here you will find another fully fitted kitchen and access to the conservatory which overlooks the garden.

The shopping area is a few minutes drive (or 15 min walk through a short cut) from the villa, with large supermarkets, banks, bars and excellent restaurants.  

The spacious open plan lounge and dining room has air-conditioning and Sat.TV Incuding BBC, ITV & C4 + Sky Sports & Movies. There is a library of over 50 DVD movies for your selection.

The conservatory has beautiful views across the valley and is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity with great views from one of the nicest villas in area.
 

You will love the fully maintained 8m x 4m kidney shaped swimming pool with ample patio areas for sun bathing and alfresco dining. The gardens are perfect for those long lazy lunches.

There is a large Outdoor Shower for pool users and a built in BBQ.

The house is surrounded with colourful well-stocked borders and gardens. To the front there is a private driveway and parking.

Car hire is highly recommended.

We chose this area as it a smart enclave of whitewashed villas on a rugged coastline with quiet coves and an impressive marina. The resort boasts excellent restaurants including impeccable top gourmet ones for the Valencia region. Our villa is set in its own grounds and is situated in a tranquil location, commanding views of the Mediterranean Sea, the golf course and surrounding areas. It is a well-designed bright villa with superior, quality furnishings and located in a quiet cul-de-sac set back less than half a mile from the sea. The terrace, which surrounds the 8 x 4 metre swimming pool, attracts the sun from dawn till dusk. There is also a built-in barbecue and plenty of sun loungers to complete the exterior setting. The house is surrounded with colourful well-stocked borders with plenty of places to shelter from the midday sun.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, fishing, golf, tennis, a sports center, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find boat hire, wind surfing, climbing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

Relax beside the seafront, enjoy a superb lunch overlooking the fort and the marina.

The mountains, sea air and pleasant climate is the best with over 300 days of sunshine a year.
