An apartment on 3 floors, having four bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people. Comprising a fully equipped kitchen, two large sun terraces, 2 televisions. a video, DVD player and satelite TV. The apartment is ideally located for easy walking into the Arenal area. This makes using the beach far easier, and visiting the many great restaurants and bars in the evening, far more convenient. The views from the terraces are excellent, looking out over open ground to the hills of the west, and hence the beautifull sunsets. A great place to sit with a glass of wine, before going out for the evening. 

 

 

The apartment is set on a small complex with great views to the south and west. There is an adult and children's swimming pool. The apartment is well appointed, and with air conditioning, and heating, your comfort is assured, whatever time of year you visit. It is a genuine 7 minute walk to the wonderful beach, and other great amenities available at the Arenal.

The house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 single, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double bunk bed. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television video, dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this house.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views.

The house is right beside swimming.

Close to the house you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, golf, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the house you will find climbing, horse riding, a themepark.

Javea old town and port 10 minute drive. Thursday is market day.

It is a 7 minute walk to the main beach area with all its shops and restaurants.
