A nice comfortably furnished home with 3 bedrooms, air condtionong in living / dining area, is situated amongst similar properties.
The villa is privately owned & fully equipped by the owners to a good standard, with washing machine, micro, cable TV which allows guests to turn up and start their holiday.
A garden & solarium allows plenty of sun and shade over the day and a front patio for wining & dining. A communal pool provides guests respite & relaxation during the hot summer days.
Car Hire isnt essential but is recommended

Transfers from Alicante are included in the price if needed but please note that transfers from Murcia do have an additional charge of 20 euros.
Car hire can also be arranged for you to collect at the airport or from their office on the urbanisation

N.B Ideally located with ref no.19524 as both villas are opposite each other and could be very handy if you are thinking of holidaying with friends or family

 

La Marina is a coastal urbanisation which is about 12 miles south of Alicante airport & 40 miles north of Murcia airport (San Javier), so check both airports’ for flights’.
On-site there are a large choice of bars’ & restaurants, 2 large swimming pool complexes, a snooker club, flat green bowling & 3 supermarkets. A bus service & various coach trips are also available. Hire cars’ on La Marina aren’t essential but are very useful. Emergency services are available & 2 fully maintained clinics’ are open. Public telephones are ample, as well as 2 or 3 internet cafes’. A street market on Thursday & Sunday is worth a visit. Major cities locally are Elche, Torrevieja & Alicante, easily reached by bus or car.
 

La marina beach is about 10 miles wide & is situated between the towns of Santa Pola & Guardamar. It’s one of the best beaches in the Costa Blanca area with its clean, soft sand & often wins the blue ribbon award. It has a restaurant & beach bars if needed.
With in half an hour drive in most directions the are also plenty of golf courses.
Water parks, Elche Safari park & horse riding are just some of the activities that are close by.
A short boat trip away is the island of Tabarca where you can spend the day eating, drinking & snorkelling the clear crystal waters.
For those who want the noisy crowds, fun & late night discos, the resort of Benidorm is less than an hour away by car. Also has a theme park, a safari park with a small water park as well, large water park & Benidorm Palace for good international entertainment.

There are no hidden or extra charges such as, call out fees for possible problems, key collection, possible gas exchange.

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 2 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this house.

The location of the house means you will hear some noise, though not excessive. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
