Delightful 2 Bed Town House
A wonderful well presented 2 bedroom 3 bathrooms town house in the
Lovely Gran Alacant, area of Santa Pola which has a beautiful beach within 15 mins walk or a short car journey. There is a huge communal pool within 2 mins of the house where there is a large grassed sunbathing area and a play area for the kids, which is safe for all the family. There are shops and bars locally which offer a variety of entertainment most evenings but Benidorm and Alicante with their abundance of bars and restaurants are a short car journey or taxi ride.

The casino of Villajoyosa is a short distance away which offers shows most weekends. The property has security gates, doors with a buzzer systems, private parking with semi-landscaped front garden areas. The house itself is quite cool, there is a spacious lounge area as you walk in with a dining area and kitchen. Stairs lead you to two bedrooms upstairs there are 3 bathrooms. The property is well maintained and in a perfect position.
 

There is also a regular bus and taxis services into the beautiful vibrant and cosmopolitan city of Alicante All the rooms and Living room are fully furnished with the following:

The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a north facing patio area, a north facing balcony. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
