This delightful Villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twins comfortably sleeping 6.
The air conditioned living room comes complete with TV and DVD with satellite/cable and a CD player. The well equiped kitchen provides a cooker, hob, fridge/freezer,microwave, kettle and toaster along with dishwasher, washing machine, iron and clothes dryer.
The spacious roof terrace is ideal for relaxing and the rooftop conservatory provides an excellent place to eat whilst watching the sunset. Alternatively, why not dine al fresco whilst enjoying dinner cooked on the built-in barbeque?
Also provided for those home from home comforts is all bedding, bathroom and beach towels and a hairdryer along with a welcome pack to get your holiday off to an excellent start. Travel cot and highchair also available.

Set in an ideal location providing access to a beautiful communual swimming pool with childrens section and grassed area for sunbathing. The villa is just a two minute walk from a large well stocked supermarket, inexpensive restaurants and bars and small shops, yet far enough away to still be peaceful. The twice weekly market is a 15 minute walk from the villa. Five 18 hole golf courses are only a short drive away and the new multiplex cinema and shopping centre at Torrevieja is 20 minutes away by car.
The far stretching blue flag beach with golden sand is just a 5 minute car drive away.
Benidorm's roller coaster theme park is a 55 minute drive north of La Marina.
