The villa and garden are located in a built up, sought after and exclusive villas only area where mostly permanent residents live. The property been continuously improved and is professionally and diligently maintained. In winter 2005, a renovation has taken place, adding central gas heating to the ground floor areas. The villa is therefore very suitable for those guests considering a trip to the Costa Blanca in winter or the cooler months. 

The whole property is enclosed by either a wa wall or fence, in parts with hedges and can only be entered through the large iron gate at the foot of the driveway. Your vehicles are parked inside the property where they are safe. Even so, Javea is a peaceful place with little or no crime or vandalism.  

this is one of the very few rental properties in Javea that has a lawn so that you and your children can enjoy outdoor life at the fullest. Unfortunately this makes for high water consumption in a country with even higher water prices. Fortunately water supply is assured through a salt water desalination plant, one of the very few along the Spanish Coast

Panoramic view over wide valley with orange and almond plantations sweeping over dramatic mountain scenery in distance. Exclusive area, quiet, yet only minutes from bustling old town and beach areas.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, climbing, walking, cycling.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find flying.

amusement and theme parks in Benidorm (30 mins drive) and beaches / sights along the Costa Blanca

many historic sites and natural wonders / beaches and mountains within 60 min drive.
