The villa is built on two levels. It has been re-decorated and completely re-furnished by us to a standard of comfort that we believe will offer you all that you need for a really wonderful holiday.

The downstairs is all open plan with sitting and dining areas and a wonderful, brand new kitchen.

We have had a woodburning stove installed with plenty of wood available so winter visits are perfectly feasible.

 

The secluded, 10 metre pool was fully refurbished lin 2005 and has a tiled surround, providing adequate space for sunbathing, lunching or sitting in the shade with a cool drink.

The garden is huge with a grassed area, many palm trees, two barbecue areas and plenty of places to relax, hide away, read a book, commune with nature or socialize with your friends and family.  

There is a gorgeous main bedroom opening onto the large balcony from which you can see the sea, a smaller double bedroom opening onto the balcony, two twin bedded rooms, a large bathroom and a utility room.

All of the bedrooms have had air conditioning installed, which will ensure perfect sleeping temperatures, no matter the time of year.
 

The villa is situated close to the village of Valverde and only 4km from the nearest beach at the small sea side town of Santa Pola. The Costa Blanca coast offers miles of sandy beaches and lots of other attractions. The villa is situated in pretty countryside and is surrounded by orange, olive and pomegranate groves. It is in a cul de sac along with 6 other villas – each set in mature gardens. The nearest shop is a 5 minute bicycle ride away. The garden is huge with a private 10 metre pool, two barbecue areas and plenty of places to relax, hide away, read a book, commune with nature or socialize. Depending on the time of year that you visit, you will be able to pick oranges, lemons, figs and almonds from our very own trees.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, a zoo.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, wind surfing, flying, horse riding, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find fishing, climbing, mountain biking, golf, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

JONES says: "The whole family (2 adults and 5 children aged 16-2) all had a fabulous time at the villa which suited them perfectly. The pool was big enough for everyone to swim together and the water was unbelievably warm. The villa was well stocked with everything that we needed and the large garden was great. We were not aware of dogs barking at night which some previous guests had mentionned. We did not feel that we were isolated, but the villa is well off the tourist route. We didnt even see another Brit when we went into the towns of Santa Pola and Elche. The owners Michael and Julia were very helpful, phoning us before we arrived to give us some advice. We would strongly recommend the villa to anyone who wants to have a great place to stay in Spain. It is ideal for a family such as ours. "
