Los Arcos is a two bedroom apartment in a private villa in La Nucia near Altea and Benidorm. It has its own pool, a beautiful, huge garden with fruit trees and flowering shrubs and a large barbecue area.There's a large lounge/dining room with Astra satellite TV, a DVD-CD player and stereo radio.The two double/twin rooms accommodate four people and there's a convertible sofa bed in the lounge for a fifth. There's a bathroom and full kitchen. Within a few minutes walk from the apartment there’s a large supermarket, banks, restaurants, a bar, pharmacy and newsagent . Also 200 metres away is a bus stop on the hourly service route between Benidorm and Callosa. It’s only 5km to the blue flag beaches of Benidorm and Alfaz del Pi. 

There are 2 bedrooms, sleeping 4 people with a convertible sofa in the lounge for a fifth person. There's good range of cooking facilities - gas rings, oven, microwave, grill, fridge, freezer, barbecue - and very well equipped.  

The owners live upstairs and will offer assistance if required. The apartment, of course, is completely self-contained and the owners use the garden and pool very little, so it's like having a private villa for the price of an apartment. 

The villa has a huge garden with different areas to relax whether on the sun loungers by the solar-heated pool, in the barbeque area or on the south facing covered terrace.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the in the lounge/dining room. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find climbing, historic sites, a museum, a zoo.

Close to the blue flag beaches and en route to the mountain ranges.

There are two new 18-hole championship golf courses 5 minutes drive away.

sharron says: "caroline and phil were there if we had any problems, full of information of places to go. Had a vast libary of books to read wihlst lounging around the pool. Unfortunality we were unable to use the pool as it had a leak not only that the water was too cold. The villa is very quiet away from the main road, but only 2 minutes from the supermarket and the bus stop. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained, had sunshine all day long.(had to move into another area of the garden). the kitchen was very well equipt (not that we used it much, as very cheap to eat out) Had a wonderful 9 week stay. only one down side you really need a car to get out and about and to enjoy the nightlife.(can't have everything peace and quite and nightlife) overall excellent "
