A FULL air conditioned system with cold or hot air, in every room! Extremely well equipped, as this villa is our second home. So its comfortable not just for you, but it is how we would want to spend a week or two.....in complete luxury!

Well lighted garden and internal pool lights make a very nice scene to unwind the days hard sunbathing! Very private sun terrace for the more adventurous sunbathers! 

A beautiful area which is quiet, but loads of activity just a 5 minute walk away, if you want it! fantastic resturants, pubs even a nightclub, but all of this can be avoided if you just want to relax. Alicante is 20 mins away for all of the culture themes. Torreveija is probably the nightlife center of Spain, just 15 mins by car! Romantic villa with chandelier in its tower, or family hideaway with privacy and its own pool, night or day! choice is yours!

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Wardrobe. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking villa

No Big or dangerous dogs. Additional 500 GBP security deposit needed.

The entire floor plan is on one level. There are 4 steps up to the veranda where the front door is, otherwise the garden is on one level also. 

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, tennis, a sports center, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, golf, scuba diving, historic sites, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, flying, mountain biking.

Go Cart racing 10 mins away

Boat trip to an island great snorkling, just 10 mins away.

Thanks you for your kind words....but did you like new COLOURED pool lights? We kept changing the old style ones every 3-4 months or so, and the new LED coloured ones wont need changing for 10 years or more. It didnt take long to change, but I am sure they are better than the plain white ones? Our villa is so solidly booked until October, that it would have been a shame to let our guests miss out on this. Only the best, brand new technology for our guests!
