This newly refurbished and redecorated airconditioned apartment offers a high standard of luxury and comfort. It is on the ground floor of a low rise group of apartments, offering maximum privacy in a resort location.

It has two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite) and a fold-up double sofa bed (or two single inflatable beds as an alternative) to sleep a maximum of six.

The spacious lounge/dining area with satellite TV and DVD leads out onto a partially shaded marble sun terrace with loungers overlooking beautifully landscaped gardens. 

The apartment has two twin rooms (one with TV and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower). The second bathroom has a large walk-in shower.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, and a wide range of pots, dishes and utensils.

Towels and bed linen are provided. Please provide own beach towels.

Weekly maid service is provided. Additional maid serivce is available on request. Cot/high chair available at additional cost. 

The Alto Golf & Country Club is situated close to the centre of the fishing village of Alvor, with its narrow cobbled streets and wide range of restaurants.

The resort is set in 18 acres of sub-tropical gardens, pools and waterfalls. Facilities include a large swimming pool, two floodlit tennis courts, a putting green, indoor pool, gymnasium, sauna, jacuzzi, beauty salon, snooker, shuffleboard and a children's play area. There is a gourmet restaurant (open all year) overlooking the pool, and a seasonal poolside restaurant and bar.

Guests can enjoy the use of Alto's 18 hole golf course nearby, designed by Sir Henry Cotton.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, flying, horse riding, golf, shopping areas, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find a themepark.
