Just 20 minutes from central Amsterdam you can rent the unique historic house "Amsteldijck" from 1907 in the pituresque Ouderkerk aan de Amstel area! Perfect for visiting Amsterdam, the cheese market in Alkmaar, Flower garden Keukenhof.
Ouderkerk is a peacefull, small village with many famous restaurants just 7kms on the south of Amsterdam. 

There is a large free parking lot in front of the house (church square), public transport is just 5 mins walk nearby. Within 20-30 mins you will be in the centre of Amsterdam. 

The house is fully furnished, 80 m2, offers 2 sleeping rooms on the first floor (one double and one single). In the single room an extra available bed can be placed, so four people can easily stay in the house for holidays.
The bath room is also situated on the first floor, includes a shower and sink. On the ground floor there is a large and fully equiped kitchen, incl. stove, microwave combi-oven, fridge, dish washer, washing/drying machine, coffee machine, toaster etc.. All floors have wooden boards. Everything is available upto bed- and bath linnen, 2 bicycles and fast wireless internet connection!!

The village house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The village house has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The village house has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 5 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking village house

Pets are not welcome

The village house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a south facing garden, a north facing patio area, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking.

The village house is right beside fishing, walking, cycling, historic sites, a restaurant.

Close to the village house you will find swimming, sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the village house you will find a beach, water skiing, climbing, scuba diving, a zoo.

It’s been a great location to access Amsterdam and Amsterdam ZO but with a real village feel and way of life. The Oude Smidse restaurant, only 20 m from the door, comes highly recommended too."
