Villa Silvia is the second biggest flat on the 9000 sqm grounds with vast lawns and is completely fenced in. The house, equipped with an alarm system which is connected directly to the security main office, can sleep 4 + 2. It has 2 bedrooms (one master bedroom), a bathroom, a living room with a fireplace, and a cooking area, all on one floor. Outside there is a laundry room. The main entrance faces the solarium and the private swimming pool with angle relax.
Next to the building there is a characteristic structure with a wood-burning stove and a barbeque, where one can enjoy preparing delicious pizzas or grilled meat from the nearby farmhouses, renowned for their authenticity. 

The village of Serranova is a small suburb of Carovigno. It is located on the top of the “Murge” hills, between Ostuni and Brindisi. Its plateau is over one of the most beautful coasts of Brindisi: Torre Guaceto beach, a WWF natural reserve and a protected sea area.
Typical landscapes of the area such as the “trulli” in Alberobello, the white city of Ostuni, the Castellana caves, the safari-zoo in Fasano and other characteristic places in Salento like Otranto and Gallipoli are all within driving distance.
The house is ideal for a relaxing and affordable holiday in Puglia with the sun and sea by day and typical streets and festivals in Salento by night.
 

when you will arrive, we will offer you a ‘Welcome first meal in italy’ comprising of Lasagne with meat, salad, local cheese, italian wine, water and local fruit.
 

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a north facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, a restaurant.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, tennis, shopping areas, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find flying, golf, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a themepark.

Samara says: "We are a family of 6 which includes 2 girls 19 and 17 and 2 boys 14 and 11 so as you can imagine pleasing us all is quite a task. However when we arrived any fears we had were forgotten, the owner Pino met us at the airport with his wife and daughter and waited while we queued for our hire car!! I do speak Italian but his English was also very good and he explained that they had been working all hours to make sre the pool was finished as this was one of our reasons for choosing the villa. We then followed him back to the Villa which has a sweeping driveway lined with a well looked after garden. As we turned the corner to the back of the propery we were greeted by a stunning pool with landscaped surround all back lit against the night sky, The owners wife brought out the homemde welcome meal of lasagne bread, wine etc..Bliss The villa itself was very clean and had everything we needed. No oven indoors as there is the outdoor oven, common to the region as most living is done out doors. During our stay the owner recieved a copy of a review left by the last people and asked me to translate it as it was in English. He had got the basics and realised it was not good! This upset him greatly so he wanted to know exactly what they had said. He totally understood their point about the pool but the delay had been completely out of their control and the pool is for the private use of the 3 accomodation units ( big deal I can say we practically had it to ourselves most of the time). Regarding the condition of the villa they were offered as a free upgrade, I saw it and it was far from dingy and it had a brand new kitchen and two bathrooms! As for the complaint about mosquitos, (get a life!) Puglia is hot, there will be mosquitos! Excuse my rant, but the owners are lovely people who try and make you feel as welcome as possible.So to finish If you want 5star gloss this is probably not for you but we loved Villa Sylvia and would recommend it as a good all round holiday stay for anyone who is looking for clean family friendly accomodation in a beuatiful part of Italy.
