The village is at 1,5 Km from Scorrano and is plunged into an oasis of calm and green where you can breathe clean and healthy air and enjoy the silence of nature. Entering the village you see the main avenue, which is surrounded by pine trees. The avenue branches off in several lanes leading to the various villas. In the village there are five villas, a park with weeping willowsa, olive and fruit trees, a swimming pool, a tennis field and many flowerbeds. The country lanes just outside the village are ideal for practicing jogging or for going on bycicle. Moreover, about 500 from the village, there is a riding ground and about 1 km a wonderful pinewood.  

The village is located in a strategic point of Salento inland, since the main tourist resorts can be reached by car in about thirty minutes. Roads are kept in good conditions, rather straight and little busy, consequently travelling by car is pleasant and does not take you much time.

There is a swimming pool is in front of the house. It is semi circular and is surrounded by a high hedge. It is endowed with any comfort:
- a shower
- some deckchairs , a gazebo where you can shelter from the sun
- and a solarium.
the admission to the swimming pool is at the discretion of the person in charge of its management.


The tennis court is on the left of the villa. It was restructured two years ago when it was paved with plastic cement to avoid sliding. The court has also two football nets so that by removing the tennis net it turns into a five- a-side-football court.
The court can be rented to play both tennis and football.
There is also a Billiards hall that can be rented.

 

There is a double bedroom and another room with 2 bunk beds. This gives accommodation for up to 4 people. Bunk beds can be spletted in two separate bad and moved from bedroom to the twin room or living room.

The village house comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The village house has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the village house cool.

The village house has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery.

The village house is in a very quiet area. It has a private north facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a barbeque, a tennis court.

The village house is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, mountain biking, tennis, a museum.

Close to the village house you will find a beach, sailing, wind surfing, fishing, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the village house you will find a zoo.

Ronnie says: "The property was very nice, it was just outside a lovely village, about 1Km away. All the houses in the complex were owned by the relatives of Mr De Fabrizio, they were all so very nice and they would do anything for you to make your stay more comfartable. The swimming pool was cleaned every day and was well equiped with spring board, loungers and many inflatables. Overall this was a lovely part of Italy to vist but you will need a car to enjoy the many little villages and towns in the area? With the car you are only about 20 mins drive to the coast in any direction!"
