There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This apartment is on the ground floor with access over a flat paved surface. There is a lift which can take you to the car park and the outdoor pool. However, there are no hand rails in either of the bathrooms. Access to the immediate beach is only via steps and uneven slopes. 

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, sea views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage.

The apartment is right beside a beach, swimming, wind surfing, fishing, walking, a restaurant.

Close to the apartment you will find sailing, boat hire, cycling, mountain biking, golf, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark.

Garry says: "The appartment was perfect for us and the children. It had all the facilities and comforts of home. The beech was fantastic we spent every day on it and with access from the steps down to it was not a problem. We were disapointed with the pool being fully surrounded with apartments 3 stories high (a polo mint effect with a pool in the middle) and thus the sun was a problem as well as the noise and the echo sounds. And not being heated the wter was very cold. The location of the appartment was ideal for the town and resturants and thus we didn't hire a car. Taxi's were very resonable. Over all a wonderful holiday and will be returning. Regards Garry & Julie"
