From that first moment of entering the Villa KÂNTI you will be welcomed by the sound of water rippling down the cascades to the bottom of the plantation. Tropical flowers, shrubs and trees are swept in by the refreshing breeze where you will find a virtual celebration of nature and life.
 

Built in perfect harmony with traditional Balinese architecture designed by a Balinese architect – Gede Agus Putra Jaya and integrating the most contemporary concept of outdoor living with stunning landscape also designed by famous local landscaper – Ketut Hendrawan, Villa KÂNTI offers to fulfill the most discerning traveler’s dreams of luxury existence in a tropical country.

All corners of the villa are decorated with a plethora of antiques, crafts and artifacts from the Indonesian islands – Bali, Java, Borneo to the Moluccas and Irian Jaya. These decorative and contemplative pieces enrich the discreetly cultural yet meditative atmosphere of the house. 

Villa KÂNTI provides a well-balanced blend of air-conditioned comfort and tropical open-air living. With seven pavilions established on 3200 sq meters of land, it comfortably accommodates up to ten guests who would still be able to lose sight of each other within the boundaries of privacy that the pavilions offer. The focal point of the property is the open-air living and dining pavilion, which drops down onto the 20 x 4 meters lap swimming pool filled with salt-treated water overlooks to the rice paddies.

Beside the infinity pool is complemented by a smaller pavilion with ‘Hammam’ (steam room) in green stone and large hot Jacuzzi in black ‘andesit’ stone. At the lowest reaches of this abode, overlooking more rice fields, a meditation Bale located over a quietly gurgling stream that marks the edge of the property will wait for you for a few moments of seclusion, meditation, relaxation with massage session or spa treatment.

For those moments where you might like to remind yourself of ‘civilization’, there is a fully air-conditioned Media & Entertainment room with a spectacularly large screen – 67 inch satellite TV, home theatre with an extensive DVD collection of international movies and music. On the mezzanine level above the open-air living and dining pavilion, a desk provides a PC with internet connection and a printer for your convenience.

A fully equipped kitchen and Balinese cooks who are trained in both local and international cuisine will ensure that your dietary requirements can be catered for. Meals can be served either at dining area or in the privacy of your pavilion.

During your stay, you will be serviced by ten staff who will offer you the highest level of personal service while providing absolute discretion and privacy. They will be at your service to ensure your stay is one of total relaxation and comfort.
 

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 5 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 6 bathrooms and 6 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. The villa has a sauna.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
