Occupying a top floor of the Nusa Dua Golf Resort which is managed by the Novotel Nusa Dua Hotel & Private Residences, the penthouse has superb views of the golf course and sea. Guests can indulge in luxurious comfort at this elegantly furnished retreat as well as enjoy the use of the hotel facilities.

The penthouse features a Jacuzzi, a Balinese outside shower, a well appointed kitchen, wireless internet and very spacious deluxe living and entertainment areas. Located in the quiet end of Nusa Dua but still within walking distance to the beach, golf course, shops and restaurants. Guests staying at the Bali Emerald penthouse will be met at the Ngurah Rai International Airport by a chauffeured airconditioned car. Complimentary transfer back will also be provided.

The entrance hallway opens out on to a spacious reception lounge with sofa seating and a study desk with wi-fi internet connection. The left hallway leads on to 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and 2 have queen size beds and tv with satellite connection. Both share a bathroom with shower. The end of the hall leads to the master bedroom. Master bedroom has a queen sized bed, tv with satellite channels and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and both indoor shower and an outdoor Balinese shower. Patio doors in the master bedroom lead to two terraces. Terrace 1 is a meditation area with a day bed and water fountain. Terrace 2 is a much larger space with a traditional Balinese day bed and a jacuzzi with sweeping views of the golf course and sea. To the right of the reception lounge is an open plan living space with tv lounge, dining room, kitchen and wc. Bedroom 4 with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower is just off the living room. The tv lounge seats 8 comfortably and has a 42-inch plasma tv with satellite channels. The dining table seats 8. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker, crockery, cutlery etc.. A laundry room is next to the kitchen and has a washing machine, sink and ironing equipment. Patio doors run the length of the living area and these open out to the main terrace which has panoramic views. The main terrace is a large spacious area and has sofa seating and a dining table for 4. The terrace runs the full length of the outside front of the property and features wood decking, a water fountain, sculpture and plants..

The penthouse comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The penthouse has 3 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the penthouse cool.

The penthouse has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
