Villa Natalie offers two separate bedroom suites, each with a king size bed and adjacent living room. These living areas are often used by families to accommodate their children, and we have a baby cot and two day beds that can be configured to your needs. All beds come with the required mosquito netting for your comfort.

Suite one has a shaded veranda at the front of the living room with seating area – perfect for hiding away with a book! Suite two has a similar front veranda and additional secluded sun deck behind the living area. Each suite also has a large walk-in wardrobe with two personal safes. Each bedroom also comes with a CD/Radio system, both are MP3-CD and iPod compatible (required 3.5mm lead supplied).

Suite one has an en-suite bathroom with twin vanity sinks, twin shower, WC and huge outdoor tub with additional overhead shower. Suite two is similarly configured but with a unique spring fed shower out at the back of the bathroom. All bedding, towels and linen are naturally provided. Bottled mineral water is also available to guests.

Our third ‘bedroom’ is the Lumbung room. This traditional Balinese structure is raised above the property and looks across our neighboring rice fields and down to the beach. There is a daybed in here with a second ‘pull out’ bed underneath and a ceiling fan above. There is no separate bathroom facilities for the Lumbung room but guests often love to stay here to enjoy the spectacular views, and tranquil isolation.
 

The central living area of Villa Natalie has a large open plan seating/living area, dining area with 10 seater dining table and bar counter separating these two areas from the guest kitchen. The living area has seating on 3 sides with a central coffee table. There’s a Sony LCD TV with Pioneer DVD surround system, full ASTRO satellite TV system and also an Xbox Media Centre. The Xbox has over 30,000 MP3’s, 50 Xbox games and several movies and TV series onboard. There’s also a ever growing collection of kids and movie DVD’s building up for our guests to use. There’s also numerous holiday read books and board games to keep you entertained.

The guest kitchen comprises oversized fridge/freezer, high end rotisserie oven, microwave, gas hobs, kettle, toaster and rice cooker. There’s a huge selection of crockery, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, cutlery and glassware for you to use. The staff of our villa have a separate wet kitchen area behind where they can prepare all your meals and take care of your housekeeping needs away from your holiday.

A short walk across from the main living area is the two storey watchtower. The upper section of this has seating around the sides with stunning views over the surrounding rice fields and down to your private swimming pool. The lower watchtower has a large and secluded sundeck that fronts onto the passing river.

Our infinity edge pool covers close to 100 square meters with steps fanning out at 30cm intervals down to a maximum depth of 1.8m. Plenty of pool toys are kept in storage for when our guests arrive and there’s also several large sun loungers poolside to unwind and soak up the sun. The entire property is enveloped in lush, daily maintained, tropical gardens.
 

One of the highest compliments that we’re paid at Villa Natalie is the quality of the food that our housemaids prepare. Breakfasts are provided for all guests each morning and with prior arrangement we can also prepare lunch or dinner for you or your guests. Most guests will also email us a list of provisions that they want in the cupboards and fridge prior to their arrival. Our staff will do their best to fulfill all your requirements. All provisions bought for our guests for their meals are charged at cost at the end of the stay, along with a 10% token charge for their efforts.

A five minute walk down the road is Pererenan Beach – recognized recently as ‘one of the top ten fun surfing beaches in the world’. Free from the hassle and hawking of the more southerly beaches in Bali it’s also home to several beach bars and restaurants. A 20 minute drive towards town will unveil the huge range of restaurants and bars on the strip from Oberoi down to Kuta – a large number of which will deliver to the Villa. Also available at the villa is a wide range of spa, massage and manicure services. Details for all these services are provided at the villa.

We can arrange for you to extend your personal car and driver beyond the airport transfer for an additional charge and explore the whole island – or just to store your daily shopping. Alternatively taxi’s can also be arranged to and from the Villa with a map of directions provided to guide you down the lanes.

The third bedroom is a raised 'lumbung' room with spectacular views accross the rice fields down to the sea. This traditional room has a twin day bed in and ceiling fan - but no separate bathroom. Please note that behind the Villa there is another Villa project nearing completion but most of the 'noisy' stuff has been done already - ETC Sep 08.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the Single sofa bed and super single size 'daydream' bed.. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
