The balcony overlooks the garden and leisure area of the building on floor 11.It`s quiet and peaceful even though you are right in the heart of bangkok. 

Bedroom are is spacious and features a modern lighting fitting as well kingsize bed ,bed side tables,and very large built in wardrobes.
Loung has large sofa ,large tv,satellite television with the most expensive UBC package available ,giving something in the region of 30 English language channels.

The whole apartment and the building it`s housed in is less than 2 years old . 

Kitchen is equipped with everything you could need during your stay .Hotplates,fridge,microwave, kettle and an all important washing machine!.Plates and cutlery are also provided.
Bathroom is of modern design featuring:bath ,shower,toilet ,basin and hot water heater. 

On the Garden level ,one floor below a large pool with sun loungers ,children's small play area and fully equipped ,quiet gym are all available,until 10.00 PM daily. 2 is normal occupancy for the condo,but we can accept 3 ,and offer a fold out floor mattress with bedding.Extra person cost is 5 pounds surcharge ,per night. Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed,but on the balcony area of the apartment ,this is fine.
