The villa is situated on a quiet, newly built residential site where most of the residents are of European nationality. Getting from the Villa to Hua Hin town centre is easy, you can Hire a Car, catch a Tuk Tuk, Hire a Motor bike. There is a taxi service outside of the complex that will take you into town or where ever you need to go.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
