Located only 230 km(145 miles) South of Thailands capital Bangkok , Hua Hin is close enough to make daily excursions to many of the countys exciting attractions including Bangkok itself, The Floating Market , The River Kwai Bridge and Railway and National Parks including Khao Sam Roi Yod.

Hua Hin is geared towards families, couples and those wanting "something different". Your own transport is not 100% necessary but would be an advantage. Easy Tuk Tuk ride from the Villa to town can be arranged locally and is very cheap. 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a east facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
