From the house you can walk straigth onto the golf course. The house has been finalised in January 2008 and is priced at 50% of the future rent to compencate for devlopment activities in the area and the fact that the garden need to establish itself.

The country house comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 6 double, 6 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The country house has 6 bathrooms and 7 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the country house cool.

The country house has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The country house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise.
