All windows and doors have fly screens fitted so windows can be left open for a lovely breeze to flow through and there are fans throughout the villa. 

1 Double Bedroom , 1 Twin Room, with Air Con, again one en-suite and one bathroom /showerand toilet. Open plan Kitchen which is fitted out fully with modern European appliances. Breakfast Bar with stools. Terrace runs the full length of the villa at the front, recliners for relaxing in the evenings.

Dining Room - Large Dining Room with magnificant 8 seater Thai carved table and chairs, with Hi-fi system downstairs leading out through double doors to the rear of the house to the half moon shaped swimming pool and patio area. 

Rear Terraced area, BBQ, Swimming Pool, outside shower, garden furniture and sun loungers, with an array of Palm trees and plants to cover you from the mid day sun if you wish. 

All 4 Bedrooms have Air Conditioning. Clean sheets and towels are provided at the start of your holiday and cleaned after your departure. Depending on the length of your stay, if you wish your sheets cleaned during the week it is best to use a laundry nearby and pay locally, there are many available. Views of the sea and Temples . The Villa is set in its own gardens, fence and hedge around, Palm trees and plants around the Villa for privacy. Outside shower. Pool lighting.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

fraser says: "after travelling from manchester uk, we met our thai family in bangkok and taxied to avalon village, and to villa katwa, WOW the place is huge, easily catered for all our needs, the kids, 2 english, and 2 thai and a baby. the pool was so safe as there is no deep end, so the larger kids (10 years) could stand, Nina our daughter (4 years) was safe with arm bands. The gardens are beutiful and the seating areas outside are so relaxing. Everything you need in a western style kitchen, music system, so bring your CD`s, TV DVD excellent, in the evenings kids upstairs watching DVD`s adults outside drinking and bbq-ing by the pool. Writing this makes me feel we are all back there. ENJOY !!!!!!!!!!! we certinly did.Thanks"
