Greenview is a breathtakingly beautiful villa, designed and built for the comfort and enjoyment of our guests. It is located in a suburban residential area. We are a family run business offering a warm and friendly atmosphere just 30 minutes away from Cochin International Airport and close to the infrastructure that services the whole of Cochin.


Located in beautiful Cochin(Kochi), Greenview offers the finest in accommodations. Greenview is centrally located in Kakkanadu, nicknamed as New Kochi, and offers clean, comfortable, secure, modern accommodation. By providing all amenities, Greenview offer at very reasonable costs, and holds a reputation for professional yet personal service internationally.

In this unique 2000 sq.ft. villa, all three bedrooms have their own bathroom. There is a full kitchen with stoves, microwave oven, refrigerator, plenty of counter space and all the pots, pans, utensils, bowls and plates you would ever need. Everything you need to cook a simple meal or a feast. Two common rooms (Living and Dining rooms) insure that you will be able to socialize or read a book in private without a problem. High speed internet connection and servants/cook are available on request.

Digital cable TV with a couple hundred channels broadcasted all in the original language. Bedrooms have air condition. Washing machine is available. All rooms are furnished and the furnishings are brand new with thick comfortable mattresses and couches in the common rooms. There are lockers in the rooms and the smaller rooms are fully furnished to make you feel more at home.

Greenview is very close to all kinds of shopping, restaurants and transport. You can easily take a public transport or hire a taxicab or a three-wheeler when the need comes.

Cochin International Airport is 30 minutes away from the villa, very close to Airport-Seaport Road. Ernakulam north railwaystation is only 20 minutes away. One can reach Fort Cochin area in 45 minutes.

 

 

 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double and 1 cots. The property also has 1 single sofa bed. This gives room for up to 8 people.

The villa has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: We went to Cochin for three weeks vacation. We booked Greenview Inn with crossed fingers and figured that our friends were nearby if it wasn't nice, but it has turned out to be one of the best holidays we can remember. The accommodation was very clean and well thought out, with a 'welcome pack' of essentials in the kitchen, air conditioning, attached modern bathroom, plenty of storage space for luggage etc., daily cleaning included, and cable TV. You could get by without a car, as there are a few restaurants within walking distance. We had a car for our stay and would recommend that if you want to see any of Cochin and nearby areas. Otherwise, you could pick up a taxi, pretty much any time for trips to other parts. Other comments on Cochin about the roads are valid, but don't let it put you off - once you get the hang of it, they're not too bad and 30miles an hour comes to seem fast! Parking at the villa is very convenient. There is a good supermarket ('Varkey’s') just a five minute drive away.
Not bad at all - small villa accommodation with three bedrooms and a self catering kitchen. All clean and everything worked well. Quiet and relaxed with nice panoramic view. No restaurant onsite but plenty nearby.
