This single storey property, although appearing compact from the outside, is deceptively roomy as once inside there is a feeling of spaciousness and total luxury. The interior decoration is the last word in cool contemporary design.


The accommodation provides a living room furnished with top quality furniture and soft furnishings including a corner sofa suite, occasional tables and coffee table adorned with thai handicrafts. The room is complimented with Thai art wall hangings, mirrors and indoor potted plants. Patio doors open out to the pool and garden. An attractive wood slat surround feature separates the living area from the kitchen.

The split level kitchen/dining area is furnished with a 6 seater dining room table and chairs, a step down leads to the state of the state of the art fully equipped kitchen where everything you need for preparing that special meal is provided including, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher.
The master bedroom is accessed from the living area. The room has a double bed and ample fitted wardrobe and drawer space. The interior is beautifully decorated with soft furnishings, wall hangings and indoor potted plants. The sumptuous bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle has a feature wall sculpture and attractive hanging light fittings.

A corridor from the living area leads to two further luxuriously furnished double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. The bedroom to the rear of the villa has a door leading on to a secondary garden providing a cool shady relaxing area. A guest bathroom off the living area completes the accommodation.

Both the living area and master bedroom have views over the garden and swimming pool and patio doors lead out to the south facing wooden sundeck furnished with quality teak patio tables, chairs and sun loungers. In the corner of the garden, separate from the pool and surrounded by tropical plants, is a private Jacuzzi pool which makes an ideal spot for relaxing while sipping an evening cocktail. The idyllic white sand beach is just a few minutes stroll away for you to enjoy a dip shimmering waters of the Gulf of Siam.

The villa is fully air conditioned as well as being fitted with ceiling fans and mosquito screen doors to add to your comfort and relaxation. Satellite TV, DVD player and a compact sound system and ADSL internet connection are provided for guest’s entertainment

 

 

 

Baan Talay, or “Sea House”, is a contemporary Thai-style luxury villa, located directly on the quiet and secluded Natien beach, on the southeastern coast of Koh Samui. The villa is bright and airy, with high, wood-paneled vaulted ceilings, polished teakwood floors, and large windows and glass doors throughout. The beachfront free-form swimming pool, Jacuzzi and deck are accessed from the master bedroom and living room. Al-fresco dining by the beach is facilitated by the built-in barbeque., outdoor fridge/sink. For more formal dining, the large living room includes a dining area and a gourmet kitchen, in addition to the lounge area. The king-size master bedroom is located off the living area, and also faces the sea view. The en-suite bathroom includes a spa tub, and a large indoor-outdoor shower. The adjacent twin bedroom can be directly accessed via a connecting door; an ideal feature for parents wishing to keep an eye on their children.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise.
