Villa Sunshine is a contemporary style villa built on an elevated position experiencing breathtaking views over Big Buddha bay and the neighboring islands. It is a 2 story building with 100 m3 on each floor. (The 4th bedrm with en-suite bathrm (35m3) is below the living/dining area.)
The villa entered on the first floor into the amazing living dining room. Glass patio doors from the whole of the front of the living room opening up to the spacious pool deck with stunning uninterruped views over the ocean.  

The light and airy living/dining room is furnished with elegant contemporary furniture and decor with a Thai touch. It consists of comfortable sofa suite and coffee table in the lounge area and a dining table seating 8 person. There are 42" Sat TV, DVD, Home movie system, IPod dock and PS2 for your entertainment. Situated at one end of the vast room is the modern white kitchen equipped with everything you need to enjoy. The breakfast bar subdivides the dining and kitchen. An alcove at the other end of the room provides for a study with desk , chair and a day bed 

Stepping out on to the sundeck, there is a 10x 5m infinity pool with outdoor jacuzzi, There are also quaility teak sun loungers, umbrellas and patio table and chairs for your relaxation.
All 3 bedrms on 2nd floor have its own TV and DVD player. They all have great sea view. The large ensuite bathrm for the master bedrm has a jacuzzi bath and rain shower.
The 90m3 roof terrace consists seating, dining table and bench, outdoor bar and Gas BBQ 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the study. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking villa

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, flying, walking, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, golf, a food shop.

boat trips to outer islands departe from the ferry pier within 5 min walk

Chaweng Beach is 10 min drive. Old Fishmen's Village is 8 min drive

Mark says: "The villa is situated on a hill above Big Buddha beach the views are amazing and really get you out of bed in the morning.... The villa itself is lovely and well maintained, although there is a slight drainage smell in a few of the bedrooms....."
